Q: It takes forever to register account, what should I do?
A: This problem is often found in Symbian^1 handsets like Nokia 5800, Nokia X6, etc. since Qt and Symbian^1 are not fully-function yet. To solve this issue, just go to "Settings -> Connectivity -> Destinations" on your phone menu and then press "Options -> Default connection" select "Ask once" ... now welcome to MOLOME!! ^0^
Q: I got "Unknown Error" when I tried to register or login.
A: Unknown Error will be raised when there is internet connection problem. For example, your access to molo.me domain has been blocked. This problem could be solved by changing internet connection or just simply reconnect the connection.
Q: I got "One or more SSL errors has occured: The certificate is not yet valid" when I tried to register or login.
A: Please check your phone's date/time settings. Wrong date/time will cause the SSL invalid problem.
Q: Download failed from Ovi Store?
A: This is Ovi Store's problem and it is out of our control. So I suggest you to download sis file from http://store.ovi.com/content/113885/download and install it manually (Ovi Store account login required)
Q: Freeze on "Preparing Installation"?
A: Uninstall "Nokia Smart Installer" and "Nokia Smart Installer ADM" first and then try to install MOLOME™ via Ovi Store again!
